Grand Opening!

Welcome to the new Miller Development Services (MDS) web site!

Before I discuss the features of the new web site, I want to thank all of the customers who have used my services and products, such as RazzNet Case Manager. It has been a pleasure providing automation solutions to empower your organization. It is my hope this new web site become a portal to ever increasing future opportunities to work together.

The new web site has all of the features from the old site you are familiar with, product information, contact information, etc. Here are some new ones:

• What's New - A news page to follow the latest on Miller Development Services or the RazzNet system. This page has a news feed so you can subscribe to it using your favorite newsreader.

• Forums - In my experience, I have noticed RazzNet users carry a wealth of information about using RazzNet. Getting the information between users used to be carried out through phone calls or emails. The forums is a message board to bring this information out in the open. It can also be a way to get questions you have for me answered. Using the forums does require registering, a simple process. Once you receive registration approval, sign in and get to posting. See you in the forums

• Site Search - Can't find something? Search for it! It's right there in the upper right corner. You can search the site or the entire internet. This feature will become more and more useful as the site fills with content.

These new features are just the beginning. Other new features are planned, such as online documentation, issue tracking, and more. All of this is done to improve communications between MDS and you.
